How can we help you?

Kan ik mijn bestelling wijzigen of annuleren?

We verwerken bestellingen zo snel mogelijk, zodat je bestelling op tijd kan worden verzonden. Wil je je bestelling wijzigen of annuleren? Neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op via hello@besitobaby.com.

We kunnen een wijziging of annulering alleen doorvoeren zolang je bestelling nog niet is verwerkt of verzonden. Is je bestelling al onderweg? Dan kun je deze na ontvangst aanmelden voor retour volgens ons retourbeleid.
Can I return my products?

Certainly. You can return purchased items within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for the return costs because at Besito Baby, we do not want to encourage over-purchasing where you always return items. When will I receive my order?

We will ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with more information. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service. Kan ik mijn bestelling volgen?

Ja. Zodra je bestelling door ons is verzonden met DHL, ontvang je een verzendbevestiging per e-mail met je Track & Trace-link. Via deze link kun je de actuele status en verwachte bezorging van je bestelling bekijken. Je kunt je bestelling daarnaast terugvinden via je Besito Baby-account.
What are the shipping costs?

Where are your products made?

All our products are manufactured in the same factory in Istanbul, Turkey. This allows us to guarantee high quality and keeps our supply chain short. This is better for the environment and also for you as a customer. You will always have a beautiful product that was produced relatively close to home.
